All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are included in the item cost that is displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Returns/Exchanges

If your item is missing or is broken/defective, please email us at info@wopurpose.com to discuss the issue. Please include your order number and any other pertinent information. Note that this your item must have been purchased 90 days or less from our site at the time you first contact us.
